Our story
History
Sule Lamido University Kafin Hausa was established in 2013 by the Jigawa State Government and licensed by the National Universities Commission to expand access to higher education in the state and beyond.
The Faculty of Social and Management Sciences is one of the University’s core faculties, offering programmes in Accounting, Business Management, Economics, Geography, Political Science, and Sociology.
Under the leadership of Associate Professor Mustapha Hussaini, the Faculty combines rigorous teaching with applied research that addresses economic development, governance, environment, and social wellbeing.
