Entry pathways & handbook

The undergraduate curriculum follows NUC CCMAS and the departmental student handbook. Postgraduate programmes (PGD, MSc, PhD) are offered separately — contact the department for details.

  • JAMB UTME — five O'Level credits including English Language, Mathematics, and Physics (or equivalent science subject)
  • Direct Entry — A'Level, NCE, ND, or HND in relevant fields; minimum 90 credit units for graduation
  • Transfer or special admission subject to Senate approval

Academic policies

  • Students must pass all core (C), faculty, and GST courses and complete both SIWES placements.
  • Minimum graduation load: 120 credit units (UTME) or 90 credit units (Direct Entry), with CGPA ≥ 1.00.
  • Course registration is completed online each semester via the student portal.
